About the Role

The estimated annual salary for this position is $75,000-$90,000.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Manager to oversee the daily operations of our main practice in Rutland, Vermont. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for enforcing all Community Health policies and procedures, as well as directing, supervising, and coordinating staff activities to provide high-quality care.

In this role, you will select, hire, train, and counsel personnel to ensure efficient and effective office work. You will also manage staff schedules, support established policies and procedures, and ensure that office space and equipment are maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.

Your Responsibilities

  • Select, hire, train, and counsel personnel to ensure efficient and effective office work.
  • Manage and coordinate all staff/provider schedules.
  • Support and uphold established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, safety, environmental and infection control, and codes and requirements of accreditation and regulatory agencies.
  • Ensure that office space, supplies, equipment, and assistance are provided and maintained appropriately for medical staff and patient care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Five years of operational management experience.
  • Knowledge of fiscal management practices and human resource management techniques.
  • Knowledge of governmental regulations and reimbursement requirements.
