About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Maximus. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide customer service via phone, email, and web chat to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
  • Use computerized systems to track and gather information, troubleshoot issues, and provide feedback.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff.
  • Follow policies and standard operating procedures, including filling out timesheets and adhering to privacy and HIPAA rules.
  • Utilize standard technology, such as telephone, email, and web browser, to perform job duties.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 6 months of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write professionally and fluently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks.
  • Ability to work within established turnaround times and as a member of a team.
