Job Title: Senior Cost Controller

Join Dassault Aviation as a Senior Cost Controller and take on a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling costs across various business units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the creation of Completion Aircraft Estimates at Completion (EAC) and analyze labor and materials for supported business units.
  • Implement and monitor targets, creating tools to set and monitor Business Unit targets at multiple levels.
  • Analyze and explain actual results against targets to business units and local management.
  • Assist in creating Business Plans, including new business, existing business, and outsourcing situations.
  • Manage the Cost Reduction Plan, assist in brainstorming and implementing new process changes.
  • Document systems and processes, implementing improvements and/or validation of improvements to the current system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of five years of cost management, budgeting, financial analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in cost management processes and cost structures in manufacturing.
  • Strong technical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills, with a high level of independent judgment and creativity.
  • Thorough understanding of project cost and budgeting procedures.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and cultures.
  • Leadership and team management capabilities.
Desired Qualifications:
  • MBA or CMA certification, depending on career path.
  • Experience in an Aerospace OEM and/or Completion Center business.
  • Bilingual in English and French.
