Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Controls Technician to join our team at Harrison Energy Partners. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, programming, installing, and maintaining control systems infrastructure software and equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement control systems infrastructure software and equipment to meet customer requirements.
  • Install, troubleshoot, and maintain control systems infrastructure software and equipment.
  • Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products.
  • Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers.
  • Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering diagnostic data, and coordinating on-site work.
  • Maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear and/or damage.
  • Represent the company by serving as a direct customer contact.
  • Must be able to climb ladders, distinguish color wires, and bend frequently.
  • Document work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration, and maintain files.
  • Record parts, material, labor, subs, and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources.
Requirements
  • High school diploma, related Associates degree, or equivalent from a Technical/Trade school, or 2 years related experience in construction and/or low voltage installation, IT & TCP/IP experience is highly desirable.
  • Tridium experience preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years HVAC controls experience.
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
Preferred Qualifications
  • State driver's license, auto insurance, auto registration, acceptable driving record.
Software Skills

Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced skills in specialty software training provided upon hire.

Communication Skills

Ability to effectively communicate orally and in written form. Ability to respond to questions person to person, small group, and public situations with customers and other employees of the organization.
