Kaiser Permanente is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide diagnosis and treatment of complex communication disorders.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Evaluates and administers diagnostic tests to adults and children with a variety of communication disorders, voice and swallowing impairment, and neurological defects.
  • Collaborates with physicians to develop and implement treatment plans, providing training for junior therapists and participating in staff development programs.
  • Develops and maintains department policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
  • Assists with community programs and serves as a consultant on interdisciplinary teams.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology.
  • Minimum two years of experience as a Speech Therapist.
  • Speech-Language Pathologist License (California), National Provider Identifier, and Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology Certificate.
