Business Development Associate Director Home Health

Job Summary:
The Associate Director of Business Development is responsible for maintaining and growing the Agency's client base through strategic sales planning, marketing, identifying and creating business opportunities on behalf of CHS Home Health. This role requires a strong understanding of the South Florida market, hospitals, physicians, ALFs, post-acute facilities, payers, and business opportunities to expand CHS's reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a data-driven strategic sales plan in the Home Health or Post-Acute market.
- Collect, analyze, and trend data to create reports and business correspondence.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, ALFs, post-acute facilities, and payers.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand CHS's reach.
- Collaborate with the Director of Business Development and Executive Director to develop and execute a Regional Business Development and Marketing Plan for the assigned region/campus.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a field related to healthcare (preferred).
- Home Health sales experience required.
- Five years of experience developing and implementing a data-driven strategic sales plan in the Home Health or Post-Acute market.
- Intimate knowledge of the South Florida market, hospitals, physicians, ALFs, post-acute facilities, payers, and business opportunities to expand CHS's reach.
- Knowledge and experience in state and federal laws and regulations applicable to home health care.
Working Conditions:
This role requires frequent travel to hospitals, physicians' offices, ALFs, post-acute facilities, and other business locations. The ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds is required. The role also requires hand dexterity for data entry on a keyboard, including finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
