Job Summary:

Red River Waste Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and physically capable Waste Management Driver to join our team. As a Waste Management Driver, you will be responsible for collecting and hauling solid waste or recycled materials to a landfill site, transfer station, or recycle plant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a truck safely and efficiently, complying with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
  • Service assigned routes by collecting and hauling solid waste or recycled materials.
  • Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the truck is in good working condition.
  • Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and other relevant data.
  • Work collaboratively with other drivers and support staff to achieve team goals.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Valid Class D Driver's License and a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, and to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Previous experience as a truck driver or in a related field is preferred.
