About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Salon Business Partner to join our team at L'Oreal USA, Inc. as a key member of our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue within assigned territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with salon owners and stylists to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute education initiatives, promotional activities, and product launches.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives for assigned territories and accounts.
Requirements
  • High school degree required, bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
  • Minimum of one (1) year demonstrated outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.
  • Demonstrated consultative and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated understanding and ability to harness the power of digital platforms and social media.
  • Excellent communication, both verbal and written, as well as presentation skills.
  • Must be highly organized, flexible, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Possesses a valid state driver's license, good driving record, and required auto insurance policy levels.
  • Must live within assigned sales territory.
