Account Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team at HVAC Distributors, Inc. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement annual territory plans in conjunction with the Regional Manager
  • Establish and grow sales volume with current accounts and maximize share of customers' equipment spend
  • Ensure personal face-to-face contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision-makers in all classes of customers and prospects
  • Manage the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensure achievement of all related internal and external deliverables

Requirements:

  • 5 years of Business Development & Account Management experience
  • 3 years of sales experience selling to contractors
