Job Overview

The JPI Group is seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and program allies to promote participation in our energy solutions program.
  • Collaborate with our engineering and program teams to validate projects, ensure accurate paperwork, and prepare sales forecasts.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and facilitate problem-solving between internal teams and customers.
  • Document customer and contractor interactions to adhere to program requirements and provide input to program managers.
  • Travel throughout our defined territory to engage with customers and promote our program.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of relevant account management experience in the energy efficiency industry.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, analytical, and organizational skills.
