Position Overview:
This role is designed to provide essential support to the Brick-and-Mortar Sales Representative Team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales Representatives and customers to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist the Sales Reps in executing promotional strategies and optimizing their efficiency during shifts.
  • Manage urgent inquiries and select sales calls directed to the Sales Representatives.
  • Proactively reach out to customers to increase order sizes through effective product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Coordinate mailings, line drives, and various promotional initiatives.
  • Address customer service concerns and serve as a liaison with other departments on behalf of the Sales Representatives.
  • Process incoming orders as instructed by Sales Representatives.
  • Support data entry staff with order management as necessary.
  • Adhere to all departmental and company policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
  • Proven ability to manage telephone sales and collaborate with multiple Sales Representatives.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent typing and data entry capabilities.
  • Must achieve a passing score on the company assessment.
  • Highly organized with the ability to follow detailed instructions.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Preferred Skills:
  • Previous sales experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills.
