As an Operations Support Associate, you'll be responsible for working in various departments throughout the campus, providing support as needed for all areas of the organization. Your focus will be on guest satisfaction and efficient operations. You'll interact with faculty and guests in a warm and flexible manner, report questions or unusual requests to next-level leadership, and communicate effectively with faculty, staff, and assistants when coordinating program supplies and support.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing systematic processes to provide excellent production support and customer service to faculty, staff, and teachers.
  • Reporting questions or unusual requests to next-level leadership.
  • Communicating effectively with faculty, staff, and assistants when coordinating all program supplies and support.
  • Assisting the supervisors in proactively keeping track of all supply inventory.
  • Gathering and reporting all feedback, concerns, and helpful insight observed or reported while supporting faculty, guests, and programs.

We're looking for someone with a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) and experience in a position that focuses on the Hospitality, Point of Sales, Service Industry, Non Profit, Health and Wellness, Accounting, or Audio Video industry. Bilingual skills in Spanish and English are a plus. You'll need to possess the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of guests or employees.
