- Communication and Problem-Solving: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations of our services and policies.
- Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting, to support the smooth operation of our clinic.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: One year of customer service experience and/or experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
