At Neighborcare Health, we are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Services Representative to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Patient Check-in and Registration: Greet patients warmly and check them in efficiently, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is collected and entered into our electronic health record system.
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule patient appointments, manage provider templates, and coordinate care with other healthcare team members to ensure seamless patient flow.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Respond to patient inquiries, resolve issues, and provide clear explanations of our services and policies.
  • Administrative Support: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and reporting, to support the smooth operation of our clinic.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: One year of customer service experience and/or experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
