Patient Services Coordinator

As a Patient Services Specialist at Providence Health & Services, you will play a vital role in supporting the scheduling of Pediatric Therapy Services. This position requires strong communication and organizational skills to ensure seamless interactions with physicians' office staff and other members of the patient processing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain demographic and clinical information to schedule services, procedures, and appointments
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure maximum customer relations
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on patient-centered care
Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in a similar or related field (i.e., physician's office, scheduler, etc.)
