Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at Proliance Surgeons. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our physicians and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers
  • Schedule appointments, verify patient information, and manage patient flow
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and direct calls to appropriate staff or physicians
  • Collect and post co-pays, coinsurances, and balances due on patient accounts
  • Facilitate communication between patients, physicians, and staff
  • Assist with check-in process, completion of paperwork, and other administrative tasks
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in a medical office environment preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proficiency in practice management software and electronic medical records
