**Job Description**

We are looking for an ambitious AI Research and Development Lead to join our team at Flagship Pioneering, a leading biotechnology company. In this role, you will lead our AI research and development efforts to create cutting-edge computational tools and methods that drive innovation across disciplines.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing AI-powered solutions that address pressing challenges in life sciences and healthcare. Your expertise in machine learning, data analysis, and software development will be essential in driving our vision for transforming human health and sustainability.

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. Our office is located in Kendall Square (55 Cambridge Parkway, Cambridge, MA), and we provide a stipend as part of our benefits package.
