About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, performant software solutions that address complex business problems. They will also be expected to continuously improve the performance, reliability, and scalability of web applications and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Development: Design and implement efficient technical solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Team Leadership: Elevate the technical capabilities of the development team through mentorship, knowledge sharing, and promotion of best practices.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated business solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 4+ years of full-stack development experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript) and frameworks (e.g., React, Django).
  • Expertise: Strong experience in backend development with languages like Python.
  • AWS Services: Expertise in AWS services (EC2, S3, Lambda, SNS, SQS, RDS, NoSQL).
  • Agile Methodologies: Deep understanding of Agile development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
