We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a New Business Specialist.
Job SummaryThe ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately processing and managing applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and compliant with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and process annuity applications with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain data integrity by ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Coordinate new business requirements by communicating with advisors, clients, and third parties.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to gather and provide information to support operations functions.
- Self-starter with the ability to work within a team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent analytical skills to review documents and make informed decisions.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- Familiarity with e-application platforms such as Firelight.
