Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and ensuring that their expectations are met.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff attendance, adjust and reassign server stations as needed, and communicate clearly with staff to ensure quality service.
  • Financial Management: Enter billing information into the point of sale system, post banquet checks, and assist with payroll processing.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections of function rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness, proper inventory, and set up.
Requirements
  • Education: High school or equivalent education required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: Hotel experience preferred, with knowledge of hotel operations, including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, and quality assurance programs.
  • Skills: Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, effective verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
