Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Banquet Captain to join our team at Pacific Hospitality Group. As a Banquet Captain, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet events, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee all banquet events, including setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Train and supervise banquet staff, ensuring they deliver exceptional service.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient food service.
  • Assist in menu planning and event coordination.
  • Manage event timelines and ensure all activities run smoothly.
  • Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Banquet Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Micros POS preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
