Job Opportunity

A well-established manufacturer is seeking a Sales Engineer to contribute to their team. With over 50 years of experience in custom industrial solutions, this company offers a great work environment and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with clients to discuss potential projects in industrial settings.
  • Assess client needs from equipment and building drawings and specifications.
  • Evaluate client needs in all aspects of the sale, including configuration, load assessment, and component selection.
  • Identify and control installation labor costs and other costs that support project pricing.
  • Capture key performance rates and dimensions relevant to client needs.
  • Develop an entrepreneurial mindset to create and generate leads.
  • Work with full PPE, including safety glasses, helmet, visibility vest, and safety-toed boots.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales/Application Engineering.
  • Excellent time management, problem prevention, and solving skills.
  • Knowledge of 3D modeling software is preferred.
  • Experience in P&L Management and creating contracts is preferred.
  • Experience in contracting or plant management is preferred.
