Job Details

This is a per-diem position with a salary range of $23.00 - $30.29 depending on experience. You'll work in our Early Childhood Development Center, which provides a comprehensive curriculum based on our center's philosophy and NAEYC accreditation guidelines and Community Care Licensing Requirements for all age groups in the Early Childhood Directions Program.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Child Development Teacher who shares our commitment to delivering high-quality education and care to young children. To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • 24 semester units of Early Childhood Education including all CORE classes, Infant and Toddler Development, Child Development, Principles & Practices in ECE, Introduction to Curriculum, The Child, Family & Community, 3 Units of Infant/Toddler Development, Supervised Field Experience, and a Current/Valid California Commission on Teaching Credentialing - Teacher Permit
  • At least 2 years of experience working with preschool-age children, 6 months supervised field experience in an early childhood setting, and 6 months working with infants and toddlers
