Hop to a fulfilling career in Child Development with Hope Builders' 12-week training program. This comprehensive program equips you with essential skills, education, and experience to launch a lifelong career in the field.

We offer a competitive salary of $1,200 for the duration of the program, paid weekly at $100.

The schedule is set for Monday to Friday, providing a stable work environment. To ensure success, we require participants to:

  • Be legally authorized to work in the United States;
  • Be at least 18 years old;
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent;
  • Maintain reliable transportation to and from work;
  • Pass a background check;
  • Undergo a drug screening; and
  • Speak, read, and write English fluently.

This valuable training includes:

Key Training Components
  • Schedule: 12 weeks, Hybrid (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm) with virtual sessions once a week and four in-person sessions at our Santa Ana location;
  • Course content: Identifying child development principles, recognizing Autism Spectrum Disorder characteristics, articulating Behavioral Intervention Plans, reinforcing positive behaviors, and developing essential soft skills;
  • Post-training support: Resume building, interview preparation, and career placement assistance;
