Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Child Development Specialist to work with K-2 students in Santa Barbara, CA.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations for K-2 students.
  • Provide individualized counseling and support services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to ensure student success.
  • Develop and implement intervention plans and strategies tailored to each student's needs.
Requirements
  • Licensed School Psychologist in California.
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with early childhood or K-2 students is preferred.
What We Offer
  • Caseload: K-2 students.
  • Full-time hours per week.
  • Competitive salary, based on experience, approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
