Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the analysis of emerging client needs and foster strong relationships to develop effective capture strategies.
  • Oversee the formulation of messaging and target audience segmentation to enhance opportunity pipeline development.
  • Guide cross-functional teams in delivering client solutions that encompass digital transformation, data analytics, cybersecurity engineering, and management consulting.
  • Collaborate with extended teams to enhance brand visibility and meet business goals.
  • Manage contracts effectively, ensuring adherence to cost, schedule, and performance metrics while maintaining regular communication with technical and programmatic leadership.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Submarine Officer or Engineering Duty Officer.
  • 5+ years of experience in managing submarine programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of current submarine acquisition challenges, including construction and defense industrial base efforts.
  • Familiarity with DoD appropriations and the PPBE process.
  • Proven ability to engage with key stakeholders to identify needs and discuss capabilities.
  • Experience in analyzing market trends to identify viable business development opportunities.
  • Secret clearance is required.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with OPNAV on programs, policies, and budgets.
  • Background in submarine construction, operations, and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Defense Industrial Base (DIB) issues.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills.
  • TS/SCI clearance is a plus.
  • Master's degree is advantageous.
