Senior Submarine Training Program Analyst

As a Senior Submarine Training Program Analyst at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will leverage your expertise to develop diverse training programs for our NAVSEA Team Submarine Undersea Warfare Training team. Your responsibilities will include providing instruction to internal, external, and foreign partners through live audience or recorded formats, utilizing various training materials, resources, media, and technology to cultivate an engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs for submarine training systems
  • Provide instruction to internal, external, and foreign partners
  • Utilize various training materials, resources, media, and technology to cultivate an engaging learning environment

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in program or project management
  • Knowledge of Navy acquisition programs, particularly submarine and shore-based training systems
  • Ability to understand client issues and deliver unique capabilities to solve problems
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience with Navy acquisition or In-Service Programs
  • 3+ years of experience as a program manager
  • Knowledge of DoD 5000 requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field
  • PMP or DAU III certification

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Compensation:

The projected compensation range for this position is $67,700.00 to $154, annualized USD.

Work Model:

  • If this position is listed as remote or hybrid, you'll periodically work from a Booz Allen or client site facility.
  • If this position is listed as onsite, you'll work with colleagues and clients in person, as needed for the specific role.
