Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Sous Chef to join our team at HHB Restaurant Recruiting. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and preparation
  • Manage inventory and supplies to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food preparation and presentation
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Restaurant Sous Chef or equivalent
  • Proven track record of success in kitchen management and staff supervision
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
