Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability
  • Manage and oversee the ASC's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care
  • Collaborate with our medical director and other stakeholders to develop and implement clinical and operational policies
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, patients, and payers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
  • Proven track record of success in business operations, financial management, and team leadership
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
