Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Staybridge Suites. As a pivotal member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guest Service: Warmly welcome and greet all guests, ensuring a positive first impression and setting the tone for their stay.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk area, including handling cash transactions, processing guest requests, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Problem-Solving: Anticipate and resolve guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Requirements:
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability: Must be available to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
