Hotel Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team at Staybridge Suites. As a pivotal member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience, and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.

• Guest Service: Warmly welcome all guests, ensure quality check-in and check-out experiences, and handle guest requests and complaints with professionalism and tact.
• Administrative Tasks: Manage reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy, maintain accurate records using the hotel's systems, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
• Communication: Engage with guests in a courteous and helpful manner, address inquiries, and ensure their needs are met. Demonstrate effective communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving: Identify areas for improvement, relay compliments to the team, and collaborate with colleagues to find solutions and prevent recurring problems.

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability: Must be available to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays.
