The Regional Human Resources Coordinator plays a vital role in facilitating and managing recruitment initiatives across various Regional Centers. This position involves nurturing vendor partnerships, overseeing contract administration, and providing outstanding employee services.
Proficiency in administrative tasks is essential, as this role significantly supports the HR team in achieving departmental goals.
The candidate must be authorized to work in the United States.Primary Responsibilities:
Assist in executing and managing all activities related to employment and employee services.
Coordinate and communicate special projects and events on a company-wide scale.
Address and respond to inquiries from AJMN staff within the region.
Maintain and update HR records/files along with all employee data related to recruitment and services.
Assist in preparing recruitment statistics, reports, and surveys pertinent to the region.
Compile reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends for management.
Facilitate social and health insurance, personal accident insurance, or other employee benefits monthly on a case-by-case basis.
Reconcile monthly invoices for vendor HR services.Oversee the execution and maintenance of short-term, fixed-term, and independent contracts. Organize, enter, and maintain employee life-cycle benefit records.
Support the coordination and administration of both US and International benefit programs, including medical, dental, vision, FSA, HSA, short-term & long-term disability, life insurance, and 401K.
Collaborate with payroll to enter transactions in HRIS and payroll systems.Assist HR Officers in addressing general employee inquiries.
Support new hire orientation and communication efforts.
Ensure all new hire benefit documentation is accurately completed, filed, and entered into HRIS.
Generate and distribute various reports for the HR and Finance teams.
Additional Responsibilities:
Recommend policy adjustments to the Head of Regional HR - Americas.
Assist in coordinating employee relations events for the bureau.
Perform any other tasks or projects assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields is preferred.
Experience:
A minimum of 2 years of professional experience in Human Resources for Officer roles.
