Position Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily reporting for all accounts receivable activities.
  • Monitor and manage the invoicing process.
  • Accurately apply payments to respective accounts.
  • Track and maintain accounts receivable aging reports.
  • Organize and maintain all accounts receivable documentation.
  • Prepare client invoices as per directives.
  • Review incoming contracts and generate contract cover sheets.
  • Ensure timely and precise collection of accounts receivable balances.
  • Record expenses to appropriate accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice and expense reports.
  • Proactively notify management of issues such as missing invoices and contracts.
  • Maintain client income tracking systems.
  • Generate various accounts receivable reports and ad-hoc analyses as requested by leadership.
  • Assist with related special projects as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage across the organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Strong work ethic complemented by a positive attitude and alignment with the company's culture and values.

Educational Background

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in accounting, billing, or finance-related roles.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
