Technical Lead – SmartCOMM

Job Location: Onsite

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with a strong background in SmartCOMM to create, manage, and drive the delivery of highly personalized and targeted customer communications for the insurance, banking, and healthcare industries.

This role requires a mix of leadership, hands-on SmartCOMM Forms Design, end-to-end Forms lifecycle process, technical leadership, people management, and customer focus attitude. The ideal candidate will design, define, and determine the optimal solution patterns and architecture for Customer Communication Management products.

The Technical Lead will work closely with multiple teams on different platforms, collaborate with project managers to keep project deliverables on schedule, and work with cross-functional teams to understand market requirements and define the right solutions.

The Technical Lead will have excellent written and oral communication skills to communicate project status and technical issues clearly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage day-to-day activities of team members
  • Lead daily stand-up meetings between onsite and offshore teams
  • Analyze requirements sent by onsite teams and identify gaps, highlighting any risks and issues
  • Review day-to-day offshore deliverables
  • Take responsibility for offshore leave plans and resource arrangements
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly status reports
  • Help teams with defect triage and technical challenges
  • Participate in the entire system development lifecycle and support applications in document processing, printing, and mail business
  • Support development and production support of correspondence applications like statements, invoices, letters, etc.
  • Work on multiple initiatives within Document Delivery technology
  • Work closely with multiple teams (interfacing applications, project teams, database administrators, developers, architects) on different platforms (such as PAS, ECM, Integration, Cloud, etc.)
  • Build and maintain reusable artifacts to process high-volume data, invoke CCM tools to compose documents
  • End-to-end process flow tracking, ensure data integrity, create reports, send to print, and load to archive
  • Help develop standards for best practices and maintain documentation
  • Deploy code across multiple environments from test to production
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Provide production support and development of applications for Document Delivery Technology teams
Requirements
