Customer Service Specialist

Fuel Powersports is seeking a motivated and dynamic Service Advisor to enhance our service department.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Duties
- Support the service department in ensuring seamless operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Accurately identify mechanical issues and effectively communicate findings to clients.
- Provide customers with clear estimates of costs and set realistic expectations regarding service completion times.
- Research and verify parts for repair orders to create accurate estimates.
- Manage the opening and closing of repair orders, including handling cashier responsibilities as required.
- Check VIN numbers for any outstanding warranty repairs on manufacturer websites.
- Initiate and finalize warranty repair orders.
- Adhere to established procedures for efficient management of repair orders for both customers and internal processes.
- Gain proficiency in all aspects of the service workflow.
- Guide customers through their new purchases and introduce them to our service offerings to enhance their overall experience.
Customer Engagement
- Take pleasure in assisting customers with their concerns.
- Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide top-notch service to both internal and external clients.
- Welcome all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Handle phone and in-person transactions efficiently and courteously.
- Identify additional services that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
- Address customer objections with empathy and a constructive attitude.
