Position Overview

Fuel Powersports is seeking a motivated and dynamic Service Advisor to enhance our service department.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Duties

  • Support the service department in ensuring seamless operations while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately identify mechanical issues and effectively communicate findings to clients.
  • Provide customers with clear estimates of costs and set realistic expectations regarding service completion times.
  • Research and verify parts for repair orders to create accurate estimates.
  • Manage the opening and closing of repair orders, including handling cashier responsibilities as required.
  • Check VIN numbers for any outstanding warranty repairs on manufacturer websites.
  • Initiate and finalize warranty repair orders.
  • Adhere to established procedures for efficient management of repair orders for both customers and internal processes.
  • Gain proficiency in all aspects of the service workflow.
  • Guide customers through their new purchases and introduce them to our service offerings to enhance their overall experience.

Customer Engagement

  • Take pleasure in assisting customers with their concerns.
  • Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide top-notch service to both internal and external clients.
  • Welcome all customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Handle phone and in-person transactions efficiently and courteously.
  • Identify additional services that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
  • Address customer objections with empathy and a constructive attitude.
