Job Overview

Fuel Powersports is seeking a motivated Customer Service Specialist to enhance our service department.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

DAILY TASKS

  • Support the service department in ensuring a seamless operation with exceptional customer service.
  • Accurately diagnose mechanical issues and effectively communicate findings to customers.
  • Provide customers with clear estimates of costs and manage expectations regarding service completion times.
  • Research parts for repair orders to prepare accurate estimates.
  • Manage the opening and closing of repair orders, including cashier responsibilities as necessary.
  • Check VIN numbers for outstanding warranty repairs through manufacturer websites.
  • Handle warranty repair orders from initiation to completion.
  • Adhere to procedures for efficient processing of repair orders for both customers and internal use.
  • Become proficient in all aspects of the service process.
  • Introduce customers to their new purchases and familiarize them with our service offerings to enhance their experience.

CUSTOMER INTERACTION

  • Passionately assist customers in resolving their issues.
  • Understand the importance of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Provide outstanding service to both internal and external clients.
  • Welcome all customers with courtesy and friendliness.
  • Efficiently manage telephone and in-person transactions.
  • Identify additional services that may benefit the customer’s vehicle.
