- Edit all pre-bills for the office and complete billing procedures for private client matters.
- Assist with conflict checks for all new matters.
- Perform other duties as needed to support the firm and office operations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment.
- Work independently but also support staff and be a team leader.
