SNI Companies has partnered with a reputable law firm in the North Dallas area to find a skilled Office Manager to join their team. This role plays a vital part in the day-to-day operations of the office, overseeing and coordinating all activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
  • Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlords.
  • Supervise and assist administrative staff as needed with deadlines or production of documents, correspondence, or covering vacations.
  • Participate in hiring, orientation, terminating, training, developing, and mentoring administrative staff.
  • Review and approve semi-monthly time sheets and submit to HR.
  • Handle confidential matters related to Equity Partners meetings.
  • Renew attorney memberships, state and local bar registration, CLE registration, networking group memberships, etc.
  • Participate in the planning and execution of company events.
  • Draft case intake forms for all new matters.
  • Edit all pre-bills for the office and complete billing procedures for private client matters.
  • Assist with conflict checks for all new matters.
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the firm and office operations.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working in a law firm.
  • Positive attitude.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to integrate into a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently but also support staff and be a team leader.
