Join Our Team as a Subscriber Success Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Subscriber Success Specialist to become a vital part of our team at Biller Genie.

In this role, you will engage with our subscriber accounts through various communication channels including cases, emails, chats, and phone calls. Your primary focus will be on enhancing engagement by providing training, support, and promoting product adoption while also identifying opportunities for upselling subscriptions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist, train, and support subscriber accounts through multiple platforms.
  • Encourage the utilization of our features to minimize account churn.
  • Deliver courteous, professional, and effective customer support.
  • Identify and resolve customer-reported issues, collaborating with our support and development teams.
  • Conduct training sessions with subscribers to address reported issues.
  • Document support cases, detailing interactions, reported issues, and solutions while adhering to internal processes.
  • Create help center articles to enhance our online knowledge base.
  • Work diligently to resolve subscriber issues with passion and commitment.
  • Assist internal teams with customer-reported inquiries and software-related questions.
  • Stay informed about new features and updates in our software.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in technical customer success or support, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or startup environments.
  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills, able to manage multiple projects calmly and efficiently.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform well in a high-energy, high-expectation setting.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, Salesforce, or payment processing is advantageous but not mandatory.
