  • Client Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Process Coordination: Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient order processing, installation scheduling, and timely completion of sales targets.

Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent certification required; Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Client Relations, Customer Service, Hospitality, Sales, or related field preferred.
  • Skills: People-oriented, passionate about building relationships, charismatic, and personable demeanor; results-driven, self-motivated, and proactive in improving interpersonal skills.
