Position Overview:

At GM Envolve, we strive to be the preferred partner for both commercial and governmental clients, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to their diverse business requirements.

To enhance the value we provide through our offerings, GM Envolve is establishing a dedicated customer success team.

This team's primary objective is to foster customer satisfaction, retention, loyalty, and the adoption of electric vehicles (EVs) by delivering an outstanding customer experience.

As the EV Customer Success Lead, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients after the sale, guiding them through the onboarding process, ensuring successful delivery, and providing continuous support thereafter.

Your expertise will be crucial in facilitating the smooth integration and adoption of GM Envolve's extensive solutions, which encompass advanced telematics, charging infrastructure, and strategic planning for fleet electrification.

You will collaborate closely with GM Envolve Account Executives to ensure a cohesive strategy in addressing our customers' evolving needs.

Location: This role will focus on the Southeast, North Central, and South-Central regions.
