Job Summary:

The Human Resources Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding process for new employees. This includes creating and sending welcome emails, launching the pre-employment process, verifying licenses and degrees, and maintaining electronic file documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Employment Onboarding:
    • Commence the onboarding process by creating and sending welcome emails to new hires.
    • Launch the pre-employment process to complete all required clearances, including background checks and verifications.
    • Verify licenses and degrees, and ensure all applicable recruitment trackers are maintained and updated.
  • Post-Employment Onboarding:
    • Ensure all new hires have completed new hire wizards and have been added into the HRIS.
    • Maintain electronic file documentation and update as necessary.
  • Other Activities:
    • Work with the HR team to ensure compliance with onboarding and documentation procedures.
    • Support any compliance or audit needs.
Requirements:
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in a mid-sized organization.
  • Basic analytical and math skills.
  • Good written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
