About the Role

Graham Windham is seeking a skilled Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent and support the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute recruitment plans to meet business needs
  • Source and screen candidates for open positions
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and requirements
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including onboarding and offboarding
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a non-profit or social services setting
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
