Are you a customer-focused individual with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy working with distributors and providing exceptional support? We are seeking a highly motivated Account Representative to join our team at Sapphire Recruitment, Inc. dba CPS Recruitment.

About the Role

This is a long-term, temporary opportunity with incentive raises and free parking. All equipment will be provided, and after training, you will be able to work from home 20% of the time. On-site cafeteria and low-cost on-site gym available.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to distributors, including parts selection and ordering, pricing and availability, expediting delivery, dispute resolution, and limited technical support.
• Provide superior follow-up to distributors and sales managers.
• Manage all account interactions via inbound phone, online chat, and email.
• Communicate with distributors to ensure seamless transactions.

Requirements

• Associates Degree preferred; required to get hired on.
• Typing skills 35+ WPM.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills - Bi-lingual is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
