Position Overview:

As a Finance Operations Leader, you will play a crucial role in managing financial processes and ensuring compliance within our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing daily HR functions, including payroll and benefits management, training, and compliance with regulations.
  • Managing cash operations and coordinating banking services.
  • Administering accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Assisting in the preparation of weekly financial reports.
  • Ensuring accurate representation of the general ledger and completing balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Analyzing financial statements to identify areas for profit enhancement and recommending actionable strategies.
  • Supporting forecasting and budgeting efforts, evaluating various scenarios.
  • Maintaining internal controls across operations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external auditors.
  • Providing support for building maintenance management as necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in financial management is preferred.
  • Strong ability to analyze and communicate financial data effectively.
  • Five to seven years of overall experience in finance.
  • Experience as a Staff Accountant is advantageous.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends during month-end close.
