Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue and achieve divisional goals, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
  • Recruit, train, motivate, and oversee the daily activities of Wealth Advisors, providing leadership, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team performance expectations are met.
  • Develop a robust onboarding and advisor training program to equip advisors with the tools needed to succeed and foster strong client relationships.
  • Establish individual and team sales goals, hold advisors accountable, and provide coaching and feedback to ensure success.
  • Support advisors in building and managing their book of business, developing strategies to attract and retain high-net-worth clients, and identifying opportunities for growth within existing client bases.
  • Ensure the delivery of exceptional wealth management services, overseeing the development of customized financial plans and investment strategies tailored to clients' needs and goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to ensure services remain competitive and aligned with client needs.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to advisor performance, client satisfaction, and business growth, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
  • Maintain high ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies, and monitoring risk management practices within the team.
  • Manage forecasting annual revenue and expenses to ensure revenue projections are met.
  • Collaborate with IT personnel to implement new and improved technology and services, serving as a liaison between IT and Wealth Advisors.
  • Enhance our branch referral program, tracking system, and implement a structured credit union staff training program.
  • Attend credit union functions, conferences, and community meetings as necessary to promote the interests of CommunityAmerica Credit Union's wealth management offering.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a leadership position in wealth management, financial services, or a related field.
  • Series 7, 24, and 66 (or equivalent) and Life and Health insurance licenses required.
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Proven experience in sales management within the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of wealth management and credit union operations.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical abilities to drive revenue growth and optimize program performance.
