About the Role

The Bilingual Intake Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients receive the assistance they need to access Social Security Disability benefits. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial interviews with potential clients, gathering detailed information about their work history and current physical/mental conditions, and assessing eligibility based on this information.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for completing accurate intake paperwork, guiding clients through the onboarding process, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the intake process.

The estimated salary for this position is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
