Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Benefits Specialist to join our Human Resources team at SPIN Inc.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with experience in ADP Workforce Now preferred. A subject matter expert in the benefits field, including Affordable Care Act, FMLA, 403(b), ERISA Regulations, is required.

The successful candidate will provide top-notch customer service to employees, design and implement creative strategies for benefits communication and engagement, and build and maintain relationships with customers and benefit vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support comprehensive benefit plan for organization, including billing, administration, documentation and claim resolution
  • Administer leave for employees on disability, FMLA, Leave of Absence, Worker's Compensation
  • Update HRIS system and payroll with benefits changes, and provide benefits data and metrics as needed
  • Protect and maintain confidential employee information
  • Ensure compliance for all benefits processes

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
  • Valid driver's license, own vehicle and insurance
  • Vaccination of Covid-19
  • At least 2 years' experience in health and welfare benefits administration and operations

What We Offer:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience
