Regional Human Resources Manager

D3 Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Human Resources Manager to join our team in Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to our California offices, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws, and driving business growth through effective talent management.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruit and select top talent for our California offices, ensuring a diverse and inclusive workforce.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to drive business growth, improve employee engagement, and enhance overall HR operations.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on HR-related matters, including employment law, benefits, and compensation.
- Manage HR systems, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement HR initiatives that align with business objectives.
- Conduct exit interviews, analyze feedback, and implement recommendations to improve employee retention and satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors, including recruitment agencies and benefits providers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, HR operations, and employee engagement.
- Proven track record of driving business growth through effective HR strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- PHR, PHRca, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
- Competitive salary range up to $170K (DOE/DOQ).
