Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our membership team as a Customer Service Representative.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, guests, and visitors, ensuring a welcoming environment at all times.
  • Process sales, membership renewals, and other transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Assist with financial transactions, registrations, and other administrative tasks as needed.
  • Communicate and enforce facility rules and policies in a firm but customer-friendly manner.

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

Wednesday: 4pm - 8pm
Thursday: 2pm - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 5pm (Memorial Day to Labor Day 9am-3pm)

Salary:

Under $25,000
