Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a friendly and approachable individual to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. This role involves greeting and assisting visitors, answering incoming calls, and responding to customer inquiries.

This position plays a critical role in supporting the communications team by providing administrative support, managing customer service inquiries, and performing various administrative tasks.

About the Position:
  • Greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Record and manage customer feedback, ensuring it is documented and addressed.
  • Assist in creating content for press releases, newsletters, and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and updating company calendars.
  • Support the communications team in planning and executing events.
  • Manage the company's Lost and Found system, maintaining records of items and assisting customers.

The estimated salary for this position is $23 per hour, based on the location and job requirements.
