Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Software Support Specialist to join our team at Tyler Technologies. As a key member of our support team, you will provide consultative support to our clients nationwide, assisting them in the operation and understanding of our ERP Pro software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide basic-level software support for Tyler clients in the use, functionality, and understanding of our utility billing and citizen services products.
  • Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations.
  • Analyze data reports, forms, and web technologies to resolve client inquiries and problems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to meet and manage their expectations.
  • Use Tyler's client management system to create, track, and/or update details on client issue(s).
  • Perform Quality Assurance testing for software module upgrades/changes.
  • Assist with writing estimates for software modification specifications and documentation of support processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Effective decision-making and problem-solving skills involving troubleshooting basic to moderate issues.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Effective analytical ability, particularly in a technical environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
